Meet Chef Moulay

Chef Moulay, Moroccan-born and French-trained private chef in Cincinnati, blending storytelling with fine dining.

Chef, educator, storyteller. I grew up in Casablanca, trained in France, and have called Cincinnati home since 2016. I blend Moroccan traditions and French technique to create connections and joy at every table. It’s not just dinner, it’s a trip to Marrakech without leaving home.

Most Private Chefs Stop at The Food

They come in, cook, and leave. Your guests get fed, not transported, and the magic of hosting gets lost along the way.

I Turn Each Course Into a Journey

With Moroccan warmth and French technique, I turn dinner into an experience; beautifully plated, perfectly paced, and hosted with care, so you can savor the night.

Frequently Asked Questions

What to Expect

Q: How far in advance should I book?
Most guests reserve their date 3–6 weeks ahead, especially for weekends or holidays. If your dinner is sooner, reach out; I’ll do my best to accommodate. Plan your dinner today.
Q: How many guests can you accommodate?
I specialize in intimate dinners for 2–12 guests. For larger gatherings, let’s talk about how to keep the experience personal and seamless.
Q: Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Every menu is custom, so I can design dishes around allergies, sensitivities, or preferences: vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, and more.
Q: How far do you travel?
I proudly serve Cincinnati and the surrounding areas.
Q: Can I provide my own wine or cocktails?
Absolutely. I’m also happy to recommend pairings that complement the menu.
Q: What does pricing include?
Pricing covers everything: custom menu design, shopping, cooking, service, storytelling, and a complete kitchen reset at the end of the evening.
Q: How do I confirm my date?
Once we design your menu, a deposit secures your evening. The balance is due on the day of your event.
Q: Why do you say Moroccan cuisine is the world’s best?
In 2024, a global Instagram poll by Pubity drew more than 2.5M+ votes. Morocco took the top spot over Mexico, and Gordon Ramsay announced the result on his Instagram. It was a proud moment, and I love bringing that "world's best" experience to your table!
